The Kerala State Higher Education Council
The Kerala State Higher Education Council (KSHEC) is organising the National Research Conference and Kerala Higher Education Expo 2026 as a major initiative to strengthen the State's research and innovation ecosystem. The Department of Higher Education and KSHEC have taken significant steps—CMNPF, Research Scholarships, Kairali Research Awards, and Centres of Excellence—to enhance research quality, infrastructure, and funding.
This Conference and Expo will serve as a platform for showcasing and disseminating knowledge outcomes emerging from these flagship initiatives, while facilitating scholarly presentations, exhibitions, and capacity-building workshops.
The event will also deliberate on a Draft Vision Document on Research and Innovation in Kerala, contributing to a long-term roadmap for globally relevant and socially impactful research.

Presentation and deliberation on a Draft Vision Document on Research and Innovation in Kerala, to be refined through expert discussions and workshop outcomes.
Research scholars from higher education institutions in Kerala who wish to present their research work either as Oral or Poster presentations in the thematic areas mentioned in the key highlights are invited to submit an extended abstract (approximately 500 words).
